Lovely two bedroom duplex town house ( detached ) , own private pool.

Situated just behind the main centre of Cala Galdana and the hotel Cala Galdana ( listen the show of the Hotel everynight from 21:30 to 23:00 h ), with the nearest shops and supermarkets no more than a 2 minute walk down the hill. The beautiful sandy beach with all its amenities is less than a 5 minute stroll. Owing to the number of steps, Casa Febrer is not suitable however for the elderly or infirm.

The property is reached via a number of steps up from the parking area and past the 4 metre private pools. Above the pool is a covered terrace for sitting, relaxing and watching the world go by or dining al-fresco. Other terrace just above that one , with barbacue .
Inside there is a spacious open plan lounge/dining area , kitchen , and a cloakroom on this level with shower and WC and a washing machine is located here also.
The kitchen is well fitted and comes complete with microwave.
Upstairs there is a pretty double and twin bedroom with the most glorious views over towards the beach and the bay beyond. A family bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation.
Simply a great place to stay for the smaller party not wishing to hire a car on holiday. However owing to a number of steps, we do not recommend them for the elderly or infirm.
Change of towels and change of sheets every 7 days .
